Return Polices

  • If you have received the wrong item, or are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us via email within 2 days of receipt of your order.
  • If it is our fault, we will provide you with advice on how to return the item for a full credit including any postage charges you incur.
  • If you wish to return an item, through no fault of ours ( must be in new condition ) and within 7 days of purchase, we will refund you the full amount less postage charges.
  • Please note proof of purchase will be required for all returns.

CANCELLED ORDERS

  • To cancel your order, please email us at sales@bootsclothessafety.com.au.  Please provide the orders details including the order number, name on the order and total order value.  Please note that cancelled orders can only be accepted in writing via email.  The cancellation request must be received within 24 hours of the order confirmation to avoid incurring any postage costs.
